When applying for a resale, you will have to submit government approved address and identity proof documents. Bank/ITR statements and ownership documents (if applicable) are also necessary. Title Deeds including the previous chain of the property documents, Receipt/(s) of the initial payment made to the seller along with a copy of the agreement to sell, if executed, is required.
