Incumbent will be responsible for:
•Ensuring FTR file checking so as to minimize the audit observations and supporting faster movement of file by initiating resolutions with the branches
•Supervising timely circulation of various MIS and Business tracker to all stake holders.
•To co-ordinate with legal, technical and credit teams for disbursement process in line with stipulated TAT
•Resolve customer queries within TAT and escalation of unsolved queries and take care of Branch Accounting
•To process the sanctioned files for disbursement based on specified operational norms / policies and recommend the file to the disbursement authority in case of deviations from the norms / above the disbursement limits

Should have experience in Operations in a Home Loan, Housing Finance Industry. Should have positive attitude, Problem resolution inclination. Leadership quality, Confidence, Good planner
