I believe everyone joining the organization comes with an intent to perform and grow. No one joins an organization to be seen as a non-performer or a person lacking in terms of required skills and will. One of the most important thing that affects the performance of any employee, according to me, is the work environment. How an employee is treated and what kind of support he/she gets is very important in determining the fate of the employee in the organization.  Yes I feel myself lucky enough to get an opportunity to work with an organization that offers me a positive and healthy work environment.
