What We Offer

Leaves

All employees of Muthoot Housing Finance Company Limited (MHFL) are entitled to leaves and holidays as discussed below.

Public Holidays

MHFL provides 13 paid days as time off to employees so that they may celebrate holidays and festivals.

Statutory Programs

MHFL makes the necessary contributions towards statutory benefit programs such as Provident Fund and Gratuity Fund.

Leave Programs

• Privilege Leaves: For every month of continuous service, employees will accrue 1 day (12 working days per year)
• Parental Leaves:
  • 182 days of Maternal Leaves for the first two deliveries.
  • 42 days of Miscarriage Leaves
  • 84 days of nursing leave to female employee who adopts a child
  • 5 days of Paternity Leaves for first two children
• Bereavement Leaves: 5 days in a year upon the loss of an immediate family member
• Study Leaves: 7 days in a year to pursue post-graduation course
• Sick Leaves: For every month of continuous service, employees will accrue 1 day (12 working days per year)
• Casual Leaves: For every month of continuous service, employees will accrue 1 day (12 working days per year)

Insurance Programs

Medical Insurance

All eligible employees and their eligible dependents get a Medical Insurance, wherein 100% of the premium is paid by the company. The risk coverage against all medical treatments and emergencies is covered as per the entitlement. An employee may voluntarily opt to purchase a medical top-up plan for parents/in-laws.

Life Insurance

All eligible employees get a Group Term Life cover and Group Personal Accident Insurance policy with coverage as per the grade eligibility.
